Milton Dailey is the founder of Hunting Lease Magazine & Hunting Lease Magazine The Show. The magazine is over 18 years old and has grown into a National Publication. The magazine and show have taken Milton and Keith(his Son) to both ends of the world hunting and writing stories about their experiences. Milton has passed both the show and the magazine over to his son and daughter-in-law Keith & Sonja Dailey to start a whole new adventure.

In 2003, Milton started hosting a show called Farm & Ranch Broker T.V. showing farms, ranches, and get-away cabins. Then he realized there is a big demand for resort type properties. That's when Farm & Ranch Broker T.V. turned into Ranch & Resort  Television. Western Trophy Properties is the Name of the Real Estate Company that Milton owns.  Every week Milton and his Daughter, Kellee, produce a new show featuring the property they list.  They, now feature properties all over the country. They have also added residential properties to their listings. Milton and his Wife, Karin, along with Daughter Kellee, travel all over the country filming property for the show.  Kellee Dailey, is also the co-host and the editor for the show.  Milton has a Real Estate License in Colorado and Arkansas, he also has a few agents in the office including Hoss Port, Sonja Dailey and Jim Mundle. Western Trophy Properties continues to grow every day.
